Duties and Responsibilities: 
Add value to the "total customer experience" by contributing to the following tasks, including but not limited to
  • Answering and responding to calls, acting as initial point of contact
  • Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium.
  • Achieve general understanding of the OS and application operations related to company offered services.
  • Maintain call logs and follow-up
  • Perform administrative duties
  • Learn and test software applications
  • Maintain Customer databases
  • Provide technical support to customers and employees
  • Coordinate customer contact and follow-up
  • Update other departments regarding customer feedback
  • Assist with the coordination of installations, information, and shipments
  • Prepare reports as necessary
 
Skills and Specifications: 
  • Prompt attentiveness toward all support-related communications
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
  • Experience with hardware and software issues.
  • Proficient in Internet related applications such as E-Mail clients, FTP clients and Web Browsers.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Computer proficiency with all Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, confident, creative
 
Education and Qualification: 
  • College Graduate preferred
  • Experience with hardware and software comprehension required
  • Prior customer service experience required
