Duties and Responsibilities: 

Plan, organize direct and supervise training and development programs for customers and employees.

  • Prepare training materials as necessary for:
  • Training Manuals
  • Live Webinars
  • Multimedia Visual Modules
  • Onsite training handouts
  • Learn and test software applications
  • Plan, develop and provide training in the following methods:
  • Demonstrations
  • Onsite training
  • Meetings
  • Conferences
  • Reports to training manager
 
Skills and Specifications: 

  • Computer proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications, Camtasia and other business related software applications
  • Excellent organization & interpersonal skills
  • Must be Bilingual – English & Spanish
  • Self-motivated, confident, creative, proactive and self-directed
  • Excellent, verbal, listening and communication skills
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
  • Some travel required ( approximately 15% )

 
Education and Qualification: 

  • 4 year College Graduate Preferred
